Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fey Nan Bwa Tea. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders will not get shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment method: USPS Retail Ground

Estimated delivery time: 2-8 days

Shipment cost: $7.70

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

(Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses)

 

Fey Nan Bwa Tea ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Fey Nan Bwa Tea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Fey Nan Bwa Tea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Once a product is purchased, we will only accept a return for 24 hours. If you fail to cancel your online order during your 24 hours grace period, we will not be able to do anything unfortunately as this is our policy. 

 In other terms, cancel your product before we send it over to our carrier within 24 hours.

 

REFUND POLICY

We only allow a refund to orders that have been canceled and approved for cancellation. Because we are serving a consumable product, we will not trigger a refund if you:

  1. opened a package

  2. already used a product from the package

  3. received the package

  4. failed to cancel before 24 hours

In other words: ALL SALES ARE FINAL (if you fail to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order).
